Seismic sparks company ltd offers its services of standard and unique small, medium and large-sized construction projects that enhance the built environment to both the private and public sector. Through the company principals, Managing Director & engineer Lutaaya joseph 18 years of experience in construction project inception, programing, planning and organization, project and construction management, site surveying and building evaluation, and contract documents development, in both the public and private sectors, and internationally as well.

Engineer Lutaaya is responsible for the day to day running of the company, he is the client contact person and as such, the overall person responsible for the project contract management. He regularly reviews each project to ensure a fluid working relationship between associates, staff, consultants and client to ensure delivery of value for money on time and on budget.

Joseph Lutaaya has over 18 years’ experience and rendered services in: architecture; project management interior design; project planning; urban design; restorations; renovations; programming; existing facility evaluation; special furnishing design; graphics. Lutaaya has worked on new construction projects ranging in scale from complex to large developments born in the Rubaga area of Kampala, Joseph Lutaaya received his diploma in civil and building engineering from Kyambogo University in 2001 and in 2014 was awarded a bachelor of public administration and management from the Islamic university in Uganda. Lutaaya has developed talents and experience in all aspects of design and technical capability. The firm is consciously kept small to allow his direct involvement with both clients and contractors toward maximizing quality. He is experienced and qualified to perform the duties involved with interior and exterior design, specification writing, contract documents production, contract administration and on-site supervision of the contract. He keeps abreast of and often hires, emerging talents that contribute fresh thinking to the problems at hand.
